Scholarship Application
Please read the following instructions, download, and complete the application. The information requested should be typed or printed legibly. The foundation reserves the right to conduct a background search on all applicants. Any false claims on this application will automatically disqualify the applicant. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
DEADLINE: Applications must be received no later than May 15th to be considered for the following academic school year. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. A Dr. Harry F. Moniba Foundation Scholarship is awarded to selected students who meet eligibility and are citizens or permanent residents of Liberia currently residing in Liberia.
SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
- To find committed and gifted Liberian students who have a strong desire to attend and succeed in college.
- To help foster an academic foundation upon which students can build upon.
- To impact Liberia in a positive manner by helping to educate its youth.
- To provide Liberian students with hope and an alternative to the limited options they now face.
