Financial Statements

The Dr. Harry F. Moniba Foundation (HFMF) budget and spending policies are designed to promote and facilitate continuing assistance and resolution of current and future Liberian issues.  All of the challenges addressed require long-term, consistent attention and periodic analysis to determine the effectiveness of the foundation's established policies. The foundation gains expertise by evaluating subsequent progress over a pre-established time period.  HFMF strives to preserve funds and ensure relatively smooth spending patterns in order to sustain multi-year programs and strategies.
