About The Dr. Harry F. Moniba Foundation, Inc. (HFMF)

The Dr. Harry F. Moniba Foundation Inc., a U.S. public charity that was awarded its tax-exempt status under the 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, was established to serve Liberians of all ethnic backgrounds.  HFMF’s commitment is to support educational programs and raise the standards of living for Liberians.

The foundation is headed by Minita Kollie Moniba (Founder) and Paul A. Wie (Co–Chair) who are surrounded by highly qualified and committed individuals who have volunteered their time without compensation to form the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors.  Consisting of both Liberian and foreign citizens, the Boards ensure that all of the money raised is utilized in a transparent manner to all donors and make certain that the money raised benefits Liberia in a positive and nonpartisan approach.
